Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea was a very rad post-punk band from Columbus, OH on Action Driver Recorded Works. I'm not sure of the date on this one, and I'm 95% sure the venue is the Mr. Roboto Project in Pittsburgh, PA. Dustin Travis White's Rickenbaker was the coolest guitar I'd seen up to this point in my life. It seemed so huge compared to other guitars. But, to be honest, I know nothing about guitars. Still seems pretty dang cool and big in these pics tbh.
